Level overview
F3N is the FAI competition class for RC freestyle aerobatic helicopters. This schedule contains the 25 mandatory set manoeuvres (Annex 5F.1) plus 10 optional manoeuvres (Annex 5F.3). Every manoeuvre is difficulty-weighted by its K-factor, and each one is judged on symmetry, positioning, and rhythm rather than survivability.
Prerequisites
You should have completed Levels 1–7 of the pilot proficiency program before starting the F3N schedule. These manoeuvres assume advanced 3D control is already second nature.
Practice expectation
Expect hundreds of flights. Competition-standard consistency requires repetition to schedule rhythm, not just one clean pass.
